The 85 minutes of power last weekend that saw the stable claim three straight wins at Flemington, culminating in Southport Tycoon’s victory in the Group 1 Australian Guineas, saw us smash through 200 wins for the year. As is always the case in racing, there’s little room to rest on one’s laurels with a red-hot weekend ahead (in more ways than one), headlined by the Group 1 Newmarket Handicap, which sees BELLA NIPOTINA and RUTHLESS DAME look to add more G1 glitter to their respective CVs.
