Eagle Farm plays host to this week’s midweek metropolitan race meeting where we have six runners. Bremerhaven looks to break her maiden in race 1 and Latakia gets her chance to return to the winner’s stall in the last.

6. Bremerhaven | J: James OrmanBremerhaven failed to finish off her race on a heavy 10 at Ipswich over 1350m a fortnight ago. Jimmy Orman takes the ride, and she gets to her home track for the first time here. She should be able to roll forward and settle on the speed from barrier eight and we expect her to be stronger through the line on the dry track. It is a race of very few chances, and she is certainly one of them.
